The Third Sunday after Trinity - 21st June 2026

Dear all

Welcome to the news for this week - and a very  joyful and busy Sunday in the life of our benefice (see the pewsheet!) As we gather to praise God, we also celebrate the gift ofcommunity through our fêtes and garden party, as well as our worship. We are delighted to welcome regulars, visitors, friends, and neighbours, and we hope that everyone finds a warm and generous welcome among us. 

Today offers an opportunity not only to worship together but also to enjoy fellowship, laughter, and friendship. We give thanks for all who have worked so hard to organise Sunday’s events and for all who have come to share in them. May our worship, our conversations, and our celebrations reflect God’s love and grace.

There is information for the coming week below  as well as general church notices and prayer intentions and I would encourage you to take a look at all that is on offer. 

This Sunday there will be five services  in the benefice:

    8.30am - Holy Communion, Oare

    9.30am - Eucharist, West Ilsley

    9.30am - Eucharist, Chieveley

 11.00am - Matins, Farnborough

 11.00am - Eucharist, Peasemore

    5.00pm - Songs of Praise, Beedon

Next Sunday - 28th June -  the services will be:

    8.30am - Holy Communion, Farnborough

    9.30am - Eucharist, Beedon

    9.30am - Family Service, Winterbourne

 11.00am - Morning Prayer, Stockcross

    4.00pm - Pet Service, Peasemore

Every Wednesday there is a service of Holy Communion in St Mary's, Chieveley at 10.30am which is followed by coffee.
